My Version of Oatmeal (Recipe Inside)

I’m excited to bring you my first official recipe!

Sooooo, I decided to make some oatmeal this morning! Well, not just any oatmeal, but a bowl of oatmeal that would really satisfy my craving for fruit, sweets and something where I wouldn’t be hungry any time soon.

I this is all I needed to make my oatmeal! Oh, let’s not forget the cooking ware & utensils! 🙂


  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 8-10 ounces of coconut milk (or whichever milk you choose)
  • 3 large organic medjool dates (with the seeds removed)
  • 1 tablespoon of organic chia seeds
  • 1/2 of an organic banana
  • 1 cup of sliced strawberries (equivalent to 3 large strawberries)


Slice all fruit into the desired shape and set to the side. Add 8 ounces of coconut milk into a small pot and bring to a boil. Once the milk is at a boil, add rolled oats into the pot with the boiling coconut milk and stir. This will prevent the oats from sticking to the pan while. The oats will absorb the milk. Cook for 5-8 minutes or until desired texture. Once the oats are done, transfer them into your serving dish. Add fruit, chia seeds & enjoy!

Time: 10-15 minutes

Feel free to add a little or take away in area you like. Make it all yours! 💪🏽♥️
